A5. Colored contact lenses come in different sizes and must be fit to your eye by an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. Q8: I do not see the contacts that I need.

A8: Although we carry most major brands and types of contact lenses, we currently do not list every contact lens available online. If you are not able to locate your brand please contact us via e-mail at sales@eyelookgood.com. We will be happy to assist you.

Q9: Can I wear contacts if I have astigmatism?

A9: Toric contact lenses are especially designed for astigmatic adjustment. However, doctor or eye care professional prescription is needed for Toric contact lenses purchase. Please consult your doctor or eye care professional see if you can benefit from this type of corrective lens.

Q10: Can I wear contacts that belong to someone else?

A10: NO! It is definitely not a good idea to try on or wear someone else's contact lenses. The sharing of contact lenses may result in the spread of micro-organisms that can be detrimental to the health of your eye. You should only wear contact lenses prescribed specifically for you under the close supervision of a qualified eye care professional.

Q11: Can I sleep in my contacts?

A11: You should only sleep in your contacts or wear them for extended periods of time if you have consent from your Optometrist or Opthalmologist. Please consult your Optometrist or Opthalmologist before sleeping in your contacts to make sure that it is alright for you to do so.

Q12: Can contact lenses cause damage to my eye?

A12: When prescribed and worn properly, most people can wear contact lenses for years with little or no problems. However you should ALWAYS consult your Optometrist or Opthalmologist at the first hint of discomfort.

Q13: What are the terms and conditions of my purchase?

A13: Our terms and conditions are simple:

·All customers must have a valid prescription which must be less than 24 months old.

· Your order must be for the same contact lenses that you are already successfully wearing. We accept no responsibility for our customers' lack of suitability to wear contact lenses.

· It is your responsibility to input your latest prescription

Q14: What is your return policy?

A14: Goods Sold Are Non-Refundable. Eyelookgood guarantees that all our contact lenses are factory sealed and free of defects. Return policy shall be judge on case by case basis. Return charges to be borne by customer and customer is require to send product back to EyeLookGood within 7 calendar days.

Q15: What is your exchange policy?

A15: Request for exchange MUST be within 7 calendar days upon receipt of delivery and to be return to us in the original packaging including boxes,bottles and blisters or otherwise NOT exchangeable. Exchange charges to be borne by customer.
